Rules & Expectations

​This Vendor Application is just a submission for consideration. Once your application has been approved you will be contacted with payment processes and arrival information.

  • THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT: FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE

  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area after the event.

  • The Chamber is not responsible for any stolen items.

  • Vendor vehicles must be removed after setting up and parked off Square.

  • Vendors using electricity are required to use approved yellow extension cords that will be inspected by a Chamber representative. Use of generators is discouraged.

  • All animals must be on a leash.

  • Confirmation Will be sent. You will be directed to your space on arrival.

  • DRUGS, ALCOHOL, FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE SQUARE OR IN PARK AREA FOR SALE OR USE. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

  • Vendors must furnish their own tables, chairs, canopies, tents, and approved extension cords. Canopies and tents must be secured /weighted down to avoid injury and or damage.
